Users are responsible for entering accurate order details, account information, contact information, and service requirements. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay, fail, or change the result of a request.
Account balance, services, prices, service availability, order submissions, and order results are subject to review. METRO MOBILE may review, reject, cancel, adjust, or hold orders when needed for service, security, payment, review, or policy reasons.
Users may not use METRO MOBILE in violation of applicable laws, regulations, service platform rules, third-party rights, or platform policies. Misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or harmful use of services is not allowed.
