Account data we collect

METRO MOBILE collects basic account information needed to create and manage a user account, submit orders, track service status, send notifications, provide support, and protect the platform from misuse.

Google Sign-In data

When a user signs in with Google, METRO MOBILE receives only basic profile information: name, email address, profile picture.

METRO MOBILE does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, messages, files, or private Google data.

How we use data

Login and account creation.
Order tracking and service status updates.
Account notifications and support communication.
Security, fraud prevention, and platform protection.

Sharing and advertising

METRO MOBILE does not sell user data and does not share user data with advertisers. Account data may be used only as needed to operate the platform, process user requests, provide support, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service.

لا تصل منصة ميترو موبايل إلى جيميل أو كوكل درايف أو جهات اتصال كوكل أو تقويم كوكل أو الرسائل أو الملفات أو أي بيانات كوكل خاصة.

استخدام البيانات ومشاركتها

تُستخدم البيانات لتسجيل الدخول، إنشاء الحساب، متابعة الطلبات، التنبيهات، الدعم، والأمان. لا تُباع بيانات المستخدمين ولا تتم مشاركتها مع المعلنين.

حذف البيانات

يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه أو بياناته عبر [email protected].
